What do I leave the planning call with?

How does the three-day guarantee work?
Before Day 1, we agree one bounded first release, the required access, representative inputs and the acceptance test. Once those are ready and Day 1 begins, we deliver the agreed first release by the end of Day 3 or you do not pay the build fee. Tasks that cannot be bounded are phased or declined before the clock starts.
How much does repeated task automation cost?
Typical first engagements are A$3,500 to A$8,000. We quote the actual workflow, not app connections, and agree the scope before Day 1.
How is first-year ROI estimated?
We use your task frequency, time per run, loaded team cost, build cost and recurring tool costs. The assumptions are visible and the result is an estimate, not a guarantee.
What happens after the first release?
The fixed-scope build covers the agreed first release. Ongoing support, monitoring, fixes and continuous improvements are available after launch and priced separately around the level of coverage you need. We review real runs, handle failures and edge cases, adapt to changes in your tools and keep improving the automation over time.
Is the website build really free?
Yes. Every ThreeDayAI automation includes a standard website build at no separate build cost, and you get to see it in action first. For a website-only launch, hosting and maintenance are just A$290/mth, billed month to month. Your domain remains yours. If you later add an automation, that subscription replaces the website-only service rather than adding another subscription.
