Website Plan Service Schedule

1. How this schedule applies

This Website Plan Service Schedule and the ThreeDayAI Terms of Service form your agreement with ThreeDayAI. If they conflict about the Website plan, this schedule controls. Your Stripe Checkout record identifies the version you accepted.

2. Price and billing

A$290per month, billed monthly from the first successful payment

The plan is month to month. There is no fixed minimum term and no multi-month upfront charge.
You can cancel before the next billing date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
We will give at least 30 days notice of any price change, and you may cancel before that change takes effect.

3. Included website build

Your initial business website build is included without a separate build fee while you activate this managed Website plan. We agree the initial page structure and brief with you. Work starts after the first payment and after we receive the domain access, content decisions, approvals and other inputs reasonably needed to deliver it.

The included build is not a cash credit. A major rebrand, ecommerce catalogue, custom application, paid third-party licence or functionality outside the agreed website brief requires a separate written scope.

4. What the monthly service covers

managed website hosting, CDN delivery, SSL and deployment;
availability and error monitoring, with reasonable incident response;
security, platform and dependency maintenance for the managed site;
versioned deployments and recovery from a known-good release;
operation and testing of the agreed enquiry form route; and
one small improvement cycle each month, up to 30 minutes of implementation, for agreed copy, image, hours, form, layout, conversion, accessibility, search or content refinements;
a quarterly performance and conversion health review; and
an annual visual and content health refresh.

Unused improvement time does not accrue. We will identify or agree the next useful improvement with you. Larger new pages, features, integrations, campaigns, photography, copywriting projects or redesigns are quoted separately or moved to a higher service plan.

5. Your domain and responsibilities

You retain ownership and control of your domain. Registrar access is used only to make the authorised DNS connection and is stored temporarily in ThreeDayAI's secured credential vault, not in the CRM. We remove the active vault item after DNS verification and no later than seven days after launch. You keep control of two-factor authentication and should change the registrar password after launch.

You are responsible for keeping domain registration paid, giving accurate business and legal information, supplying requested approvals, and telling us where website enquiries must land. You warrant that you have authority to provide any account access, content, marks and data you give us.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period, and we do not charge further monthly fees after that date.

7. If payment fails

We may pause deployments, improvements or the managed website service after giving reasonable notice if an amount remains overdue. Pausing service does not transfer or remove your ownership of the domain. We will restore service after the account is brought up to date, where reasonably practicable.

8. What happens when the plan ends

At the end of service, the managed hosting, deployment pipeline, monitoring, form backend and improvement service stop. Your domain remains yours and you can point it to another provider.

If you ask within 30 days after service ends, we will provide a reasonable export of the latest deployable static website files at no additional charge. The export does not include ThreeDayAI's accounts, infrastructure, reusable internal tooling, third-party licences or managed form backend. We will reasonably cooperate with a DNS cutover, but migration or redevelopment work beyond the export may be quoted separately.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this schedule excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
